Baldur's Gate 3
The RPG of a Generation
9.9/ 10
Baldur's Gate 3 is a staggering achievement. Every conversation, every combat encounter, every quest offers meaningful player choice that the game actually remembers and reacts to. The companion writing is exceptional — Shadowheart, Karlach, and Astarion feel like genuine characters rather than stat blocks with dialogue trees. The tactical combat translates D&D 5e brilliantly to the screen. Act 3 does feel slightly rushed compared to the meticulous design of Acts 1 and 2, but this remains the most reactive and replayable RPG ever made.
